What they're saying about Little Tree Yogis!

From the child's perspective:

"It was so nice to relax. I love the relaxation camp in the holidays - it makes me feel ready for school." Poppy age 8

"The yoga poses give me a good challenge but it's also relaxing" Lucas 8

"It makes me feel calm and relaxed and stops me from worrying so much about things" Callan 11

"The games are fun, especially Beth says and Tree Beanbag balancing" Drew 6

'When can I go again - tomorrow!? Mia age 4

'The best bit was ALL of it!' Layla age 5

"Resting pose is my favorite. I could stay there all day!" Lana age 8

"I like it when we walk through the jungle! It's fun when we do the different yoga animals" Vera age 4

And from the parent's perspective:

We have loved coming to Little Tree Yogi's for the past few months - its definitely the highlight of our week! Beth is a fantastic yoga teacher and really connects with the children during classes. The classes are not only fun and stimulating but really encourage interaction between mind and body - I've found that Freddy has better co-ordination as a result of the classes and his imagination has also developed considerably - I'll often catch him doing the dog pose or pretending to be an elephant when we are at home!' (Victoria and Freddy 2 years 5 months)

"A gentle interactive approach to encourage all children to participate"

"I keep on catching my little one practicing her poses at home in her bedroom before bed. We've started family yoga too which is such an amazing tool"

"What a valuable tool. Eva now knows how to calm herself when she is upset, angry or scared. We do ocean breath together which allows her to focus and calm herself down. For a 3 year old, it is quite amazing to watch her overcome situations with her yoga."

"The boys adore Beth. She is fantastic with children and parents. We would do her yoga classes every day if we could!"

"A fun new way of getting children to do exercise without even realizing it!"

"A balanced approach to teach yoga to a younger generation. Not like any mummy & me classes I've ever taken"

"Beth has a gift when it comes to teaching children. My daughter adores her and her toddler classes".

"The best toddler class I have attended. What a hit with my little one!"

"I'm a Dad, and I love coming to toddler class with my daughter. We always do something different and Beth really has a way with kids and parents that keeps us all coming back!"
