
Prenatal/Pregnancy Yoga
The benefits of practicing yoga during pregnancy can be profound. Our gentle nurturing movements will allow both you and baby to be comfortable and find ways to rest during your pregnancy. We will move freely and target areas which will be tight or tired, whilst doing strengthening practices to prepare you for birth.
Classes run in 6 week blocks and are suitable for women 14+ weeks into pregnancy.
