Mummy and me Yoga
We call it Mummy and me - but this class is for any care giver to come with (or without!) a little one from 6 weeks-crawling. A soft vinyasa flow practice to get you back into shape, whilst interacting with your little one as you flow. We will focus on healing of the body in addition to making time for rest in a time that is challenging for both mind and body!
This class is suitable for mums 6 weeks after giving birth (if C-section, 8 weeks and please be sure to tell Beth at the beginning of class). Your little one will need something to lie on (blanket, pillow etc)
Feel free to bring toys, games, blankets - anything goes - if you need to feed, entertain, please do not worry. There will be noise from the babies, but yoga is about finding a place of stillness in what is quite often chaos!!!
